太陽圖書館暨節能展示館，位於台北青年公園，是在環境保護原則的基礎上建造，二樓是一個展覽中心，提供有關建築結構和節能的教育展示。
The Solar Library and Energy-Optimized House has been constructed based on environmental protection principles. The second floor of the building serves as an exhibition center with educational displays about the building’s structure and energy-saving features.

本屆年會於台灣舉辦，馬來西亞成員特地加入具有中華文化的扇子於表演中。
Since the 2019 Conference took place in Taiwan, PPSEAWA Malaysia specially added the element of Chinese in their dance by having the Chinese dancing fan.

PPSEAWA泰國準備並演出了國花-蘭花以及最負盛名、紀念諸位女王的泰國花卉。表演秀不僅展示了這些花卉的美麗和優雅，還表達了對女王和泰王的最深切的感激之情。
PPSEAWA Thailand prepared and performed the national flower – orchid and the most prestigious Thai blooms named in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, namely Queen Sirikit Cattleya, Queen Sirikit Rose, Dona Queen Sirikit, and Queen Sirikit Nymphaea. Not only did the performance and presentation showcase both the beauty and elegance of these flowers but also expressed their deepest gratitude to the Queen and the Thai Monarch.

PPSEAWA每三年才有機會齊聚一堂，但彼此感情就像一個大家庭，所有人開心合影留念。
Although PPSEAWA gathered together once every three years, the relationship between us is like a big family. Everyone posed for a picture happily.
