太陽圖書館暨節能展示館,位於台北青年公園,是在環境保護原則的基礎上建造,二樓是一個展覽中心,提供有關建築結構和節能的教育展示。
The Solar Library and Energy-Optimized House has been constructed based on environmental protection principles. The second floor of the building serves as an exhibition center with educational displays about the building’s structure and energy-saving features.

Cultural night was with a great gathering of distinguished guests. Everyone had much enjoyment that night.

The cultural night was unveiled by the performance of supervisors from PPSEAWA Taiwan R.O.C.

“Flowers bloom for prosperity” performed by PPSEAWA Taiwan R.O.C.

Their splendid performance brought round after round of applause.

Indonesia consists of many tribes and cultures. Each member of PPSEAWA Indonesia dressed in different kinds of traditional costumes.

PPSEAWA Indonesia tried to bring all participant to Indonesia by performed each dance in each tribe.

PPSEAWA Japan sang two songs related to flowers, “Hana” and “Rainy night flowers”.


Since the 2019 Conference took place in Taiwan, PPSEAWA Malaysia specially added the element of Chinese in their dance by having the Chinese dancing fan.

Delegates from PPSEAWA U.S.A. sang “What a wonderful world” together.

PPSEAWA Thailand prepared and performed the national flower – orchid and the most prestigious Thai blooms named in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, namely Queen Sirikit Cattleya, Queen Sirikit Rose, Dona Queen Sirikit, and Queen Sirikit Nymphaea. Not only did the performance and presentation showcase both the beauty and elegance of these flowers but also expressed their deepest gratitude to the Queen and the Thai Monarch.

Youth member of PPSEAWA Thailand, Ratipan Panpinij, introduced the origin and characteristics of various flowers.

Delegates of PPSEAWA Thailand looked as beautiful as flowers. The show was very well-received.

The final performance “All seasons red ” performed by supervisors of PPSEAWA Taiwan.
