負責引領各國代表進入會場的親善大使﹐個個大方美麗、氣宇軒昂。
Goodwill ambassadors from National Taipei University were responsible for leading NMO Presidents and head of delegations. All of them beautiful, imposing and generous.

開幕式各國代表進場,由代表總會的總會會旗率先進場，與會國家依英文字母順序進場，主辦國則最後進場。
The opening ceremony was unveiled by national flag procession. Event flag entered first, and the host nation entered last. All other participating nations entered in English alphabetical order.

Rahmah Abdul Hamid, President of PPSEAWA International, was unable to attend the conference due to physical discomfort. She specially recorded the film to give a welcome speech.
