因疫情影響，PPSEAWA Taiwan第16屆第4次理監事聯席會議首次改以線上形式舉辦，理監事們踴躍參與，出席人數共有17位，包含理事11位、監事5位及列席1位，會議順利圓滿落幕。
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the first time in history, the meeting of the directors and supervisors has been moved online. There were 17 attendees, including 11 board members and 5 board members. The meeting ended successfully.
