Kuo-Ying Shih Tsai, Director of PPSEAWA Taiwan, was appointed as Chairman of the Women’s Association of Daan District, Taipei City. The handover ceremony was full of talented people and guests. Regina Chen, the Honorary President of PPSEAWA Taiwan, was invited to attend the ceremony. She gave a remarks and praised the contribution of Immediate Past President Ms. Lin and the council. Kuo-Ying Shih Tsai is an outstanding female. We believe that under her leadership the Women’s Association of Daan District will go up step by step.
