MOFA Minister Joseph Wu remarked that under the concept of national diplomacy, Taiwan’s NGOs have exerted Taiwan’s soft power and influence. In the face of the current diplomatic situation, the efforts of NGOs and the role of the MOFA have established complementary partnerships. NGOs act as first-line practitioners who contribute to the international community.
