the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals for women and girls<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6cdb\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u66a8\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u5a66\u5973\u5354\u6703\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u5206\u6703\u9996\u6b21\u6d3e\u9063\u4e09\u4f4d\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7b2c58\u5c46\u5a66\u5973\u5730\u4f4d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7d44\u7e54\u5468\u908a\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u6703\u8b70\u65bc2014\u5e743\u6708\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u7d10\u7d04\u53ec\u958b\u3002\u4e09\u4f4d\u4ee3\u8868\u70ba\u524d\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u4e5f\u662f\u6cdb\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u66a8\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u5a66\u5973\u5354\u6703\u570b\u969b\u7e3d\u6703\u73fe\u4efb\u526f\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u51cc\u6e1d\u82f1\uff0c\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u5206\u6703\u7406\u4e8b\u5f35\u8389\u9e97\u53ca\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\u694a\u8cc7\u83ef\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u670811\u65e5\u65e9\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u5834\u5468\u908a\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4e3b\u984c\u70baHuman Rights, Justice and Sustainable Development, \u9080\u8acb\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u77e5\u540d\u4eba\u4ed5\u64d4\u4efb\u8b1b\u54e1\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u8aaa\u5230: \u300eNo Development without peace, no peace without development towards inclusion of UNSCR (Security Council Regulation)1325 in the post 2015 agenda.\u300f\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u300eImproving the prospects of women with fistula and giving back their dignity and self-esteem.\u300f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u670812\u65e5\u5468\u908a\u6703\u8b70\u662f\u7531\u99d0\u7d10\u7d04\u53f0\u5317\u7d93\u6fdf\u6587\u5316\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655(TECO)\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u5354\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u7dad\u85a9\u723e\u74e6\u591a\u99d0\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6c38\u4e45\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\u3001\u806f\u5408\u570b\u9ad4\u5236\u4e0b\u5b78\u8853\u8b70\u6703\u53ca\u53f0\u7063\u5a66\u6b0a\u6703\u3002\u5176\u5be6TECO\u7684\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u826f\u597d\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u51cc\u6e1d\u82f1\u570b\u969b\u526f\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u4f86\u7d10\u7d04\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0CSW\u5468\u908a\u6703\u8b70\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u540c\u611f\uff0c\u5979\u66fe\u7d93\u52aa\u529b\u5730\u900f\u904e\u5404\u6a23\u7ba1\u9053\u5305\u62ec\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\uff0c\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4ee4\u5979\u6709\u4e9b\u6cae\u55aa\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\uff0c\u5c45\u7136\u5728TECO\u6709\u4e86\u4e00\u5834CSW\u5468\u908a\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee4\u4ee3\u8868\u5011\u611f\u5230\u5341\u5206\u6b23\u6170\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u884c\u6700\u8208\u596e\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u6cdb\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u66a8\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u5a66\u5973\u5354\u6703\u570b\u969b\u7e3d\u6703\uff0c\u57283\u670811\u65e5\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u6b61\u8fce\u6703\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u4f4d\u8cc7\u7533\u6703\u54e1\u5bb6\u4e2d\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u6eab\u99a8\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u5011\u8207\u4f86\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6703\u54e1\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u670812\u65e5\u4ee3\u8868\u5011\u9080\u8acb\u570b\u969b\u7e3d\u6703\u4f86\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6703\u54e1\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u7531\u99d0\u7d10\u7d04\u53f0\u5317\u7d93\u6fdf\u6587\u5316\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655(TECO)\u4e3b\u8fa6\u7684\u665a\u5bb4\uff0c\u65c5\u5c45\u7d10\u7d04\u7684\u9673\u6dd1\u614e\u7279\u4f86\u8207\u5927\u5bb6\u6703\u9762\uff0c\u66a2\u8ac7\u4ed6\u7d10\u7d04\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u9ede\u9ede\u6ef4\u6ef4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
