因疫情影響，PPSEAWA Taiwan第16屆第5次理監事聯席會議以線上形式舉辦，理監事們踴躍參與，出席人數共有18位，會議順利圓滿落幕。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting of the directors and supervisors has been moved online. There were 18 attendees. The meeting ended successfully.
